Know More
Inspired by the power of authentic storytelling and meaningful customer conversations, this series was created to bridge the gap between brand updates and real user experiences, transforming everyday communication into engaging, human-centric content.
Turning Conversations Into Connections
At Zoomcar, I initiated and led a content series designed to bring customers closer to the brand. Starting with our CEO, the series covered Zoomcar’s story, product updates, customer solutions, upcoming innovations, and frequently asked questions in a simple, engaging format. The initiative gained strong traction across social media and became an effective channel for customer communication.
I directed the entire series, handled the shoots, collaborated on editing, and personally edited portions of the content.
I also led a video production for Cashfree, managing everything from creative direction and shoot planning to on-ground operations and execution, delivering a high-quality production within an office setup.
Additionally, I launched a partner conversation series featuring our Business Head, overseeing scripting, direction, and production to create engaging content that strengthened partner relationships and generated meaningful audience interaction.
Concept
More than a newsletter, it became a bridge between our business, product, and community.
I conceptualized and built the framework for our Newsletter and Trends Report to keep Hosts, employees, and stakeholders connected with everything happening across the company. From product launches, feature updates, and business milestones to host-focused solutions and growth metrics, every edition transformed complex information into engaging, easy-to-consume stories. To drive participation, I introduced interactive elements such as quizzes, games, rewards, and recognitions, making communication more engaging rather than just informative. The Trends Report provided a business-first view of bookings, host growth, performance metrics, upcoming initiatives, and strategic priorities. The format and content strategy became the foundation for future editions, significantly improving engagement and earning recognition from leadership and board members for its clarity, impact, and storytelling.
